MEET Jalyn Tai hARDEN, licsw
Hi, I’m Jalyn.
I’m a daughter, dog mama, writer, traveler, and passionate clinician. I've always been interested in emotions, intuitive thinking, and the well-being of others since before I can remember. Finding paths to joy, laughter, and purpose were also important to me early in life. Throughout my experiences, I have become familiar with navigating work, relationships, + the unique challenges that women find themselves in our modern day society. I genuinely enjoy creating space to empower and support women in identity exploration, sexuality, and navigating relationship dynamics.

My Approach
Therapy isn't always a nice and neat conversation or listening session.
In our first session, we'll talk more about who you are - your lifestyle, priorities, and challenges. Together, we'll discuss action steps and I'll identify clinical approaches to make the most of our time together. In my work, I like to explore mind-body-spirit and the connections within. Whether you are seeking to improve work-life balance, explore aspects of your identity, or process past experiences, I want to genuinely support you through that in the most authentic way possible.
I'm compassionate, relatable, loyal, and optimistic. With that being said, you can expect to see my full personality in our sessions. You might feel like I'm your friend (who knows their stuff!), but also challenges you in a way that provokes hope and honors where you are in your journey. We'll explore, discuss, and measure progress in ways that feel realistic for you.
As we develop a therapeutic relationship, I hope to be creative in our sessions using techniques and skills that best serve you and help you reach your goals. With each client and session, I vow to bring authenticity, sensitivity, and hope that is necessary for a safe space to heal and progress.
